Signumi connector for Claude
Let Claude search Belgian, Dutch, and UK companies, the people behind them, company groups, industries, and businesses for sale, using your own Signumi account.
Before you connect
A Signumi account with an organization
Create a free account at app.signumi.com/sign-up and complete onboarding. The connector works with the organization your account belongs to.
Credits and plans
Searches through Claude use your organization's Signumi credits, the same way searches in the app do. Some features need the Pro plan. When credits run out or a feature needs Pro, Claude receives a message with a link to the billing page.
A Claude plan with connectors
On Claude Team and Enterprise plans, an owner may need to enable the connector for your organization first.
Connect in Claude on the web, desktop, or mobile
Open Connectors
In Claude, open Customize and then Connectors.
Add Signumi
Search the directory for Signumi and select Connect. If Signumi isn't listed for you, choose Add custom connector and enter https://mcp.signumi.com/mcp.
Sign in and allow access
Sign in with your Signumi email and password, review the requested access on the Signumi consent screen, and select Allow access.
Ask a question
Start a new conversation and ask about a company, sector, or region. Claude calls the Signumi tools when your question needs them.
Connect in Claude Code
Add the server
Run: claude mcp add --transport http signumi https://mcp.signumi.com/mcp
Sign in
Run /mcp in Claude Code, choose signumi, and sign in. Your browser opens the Signumi sign-in page and returns to Claude Code when you approve.
Read-only
Tools
Every tool only reads data. The connector can't change your Signumi workspace, lists, or account.
search_companies
Search Belgian, Dutch, and UK companies by name, industry code, location, legal status, financials, and youngest administrator age.
get_company
Get a company profile with identity, address, financials, team, publications, relationships, and ownership.
get_company_by_enterprise_number
Get a Belgian company profile, including shareholders and participations, by enterprise or VAT number.
search_similar_companies
Find Belgian companies that do similar work to a given company, based on their websites.
search_people
Search people connected to Belgian or Dutch companies, such as directors and officers.
get_person
Get a person profile with company links and relationship counts.
get_entity_graph
Get the direct relationships of a company or person: shareholders, participations, and mandates.
search_groups
Search Belgian company groups and rank them by combined turnover, EBITDA, profit, or FTE.
get_group
Get a company group with its members, matching evidence, and combined financials.
search_industries
Search Belgian NACE industries by name and aggregate figures.
get_industry
Get statistics, trends, geography, and leading companies for a Belgian NACE industry.
list_nace_codes
Look up Belgian NACE, Dutch SBI, and UK SIC 2007 industry codes.
list_cities
Look up city and postal code values to use as location filters.
search_listings
Search businesses for sale listed by Belgian and nearby brokers.

Data and privacy
Only tool calls
Claude sends Signumi only the tool calls it makes, such as search filters and company identifiers. Signumi doesn't receive your conversations, chat history, or files.
Logging
Signumi logs tool calls to apply credits, prevent abuse, and improve results.
Read-only access
The connector requests the mcp:read scope, which gives read-only access to Signumi data for your organization. See the Privacy Policy at signumi.com/privacy for details.
Disconnect
In Claude, open Customize, then Connectors, select Signumi, and choose Disconnect. In Claude Code, run: claude mcp remove signumi
Troubleshooting
Sign-in completes but tools fail
Make sure your Signumi user belongs to an organization. Accept your invitation or create an organization in the Signumi app, then reconnect.
Credits used up
An organization owner or admin can change the plan on the billing page at app.signumi.com/billing.
Claude asks you to reconnect
Your session expired after a long period without use. Connect again from the connector settings.
