Privacy Policy

Last updated: March 15, 2026

This policy explains how Signumi handles information across its website, application, APIs, MCP server, and connected AI integrations.

Information we collect

We may collect account details, organisation and login identifiers, workspace activity, company searches, saved items, prompts, API requests, action history, authentication data, IP address, browser and device information, and server logs.

How we use information

Information is used to operate and secure Signumi, return requested company data, authenticate users, manage permissions, debug issues, monitor abuse, improve performance, comply with legal obligations, and enforce our terms.

ChatGPT, Claude, and integrations

When an external integration is connected, Signumi processes the requests, parameters, and results needed to provide it. Information handled by the integration provider is also subject to that provider's terms and privacy practices.

Sharing

Information may be shared with providers that host, secure, and operate Signumi; with an integration provider chosen by the user; when legally required; to protect rights and security; or as part of a corporate transaction. Signumi does not sell personal information.

Retention and choices

Information is retained as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain security, resolve disputes, meet legal requirements, and enforce agreements. Where applicable, users may request access, correction, or deletion.

Security and changes

Signumi uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organisational safeguards, but no transmission or storage method is completely secure. Material policy updates will be reflected on this page.
