Service provider

Signumi is operated by Gordian BV, Vossekotstraat 21, 8760 Meulebeke. Enterprise number 0785.534.209; VAT BE 0785 534 209.

Accounts and permitted use

Users must provide accurate account information, protect credentials, and use the service only for internal business purposes, within their subscription, documentation, communicated limits, applicable law, and these terms.

Ownership and data rights

The software, design, databases, data structure, output formatting, content selection, and company and market datasets are owned by Signumi or its licensors. Access does not transfer ownership or grant rights to independently exploit the underlying data.

Prohibited extraction

Automated scraping, bulk extraction, mirroring, systematic export, dataset reconstruction, bypassing limits, and use of Signumi data to build competing products, databases, or models are prohibited unless Signumi has expressly authorised them in writing.

• Do not use bots or automation to collect data in bulk
• Do not create substitute or derived databases
• Do not bypass rate, request, authentication, or export limits
• Do not retain or reuse data outside the scope of the subscription

API and integration access

API, MCP, ChatGPT, Claude, or other integration access is for normal functional use under the applicable plan and documentation. It does not permit dataset replication, large-scale offline retention, or replacement of continued service access.

Monitoring and enforcement

Signumi may use server, authentication, request, export, and telemetry logs to assess compliance. Suspected abuse may result in immediate restriction, credential invalidation, suspension, termination, deletion requirements, and available legal remedies.

Contractual indemnity

Unauthorised bulk extraction may result in a contractual indemnity, without limiting higher proven damages: EUR 5,000 up to 100,000 records; EUR 10,000 for 100,001–500,000 records; EUR 15,000 above 500,000 records.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided as is and as available to the fullest extent allowed by law. Signumi disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages or loss of profits, data, goodwill, revenue, or opportunity.

Changes, law, and courts

Updated terms take effect when posted unless stated otherwise. The law applicable at Gordian BV's registered office applies. Disputes fall under the competent courts of West Flanders, Kortrijk division, or the courts competent for Gordian BV's registered office where required.

Analytics and advertising on account creation

By creating a Signumi account, the user agrees that Signumi may enable the Analytics and Advertising technologies described in the Privacy Policy, including Google Analytics, PostHog, and Google Ads. This choice is applied when account creation succeeds. The user can change or withdraw these preferences at any time through Cookie preferences on signumi.com; withdrawal does not affect necessary account, security, billing, or service processing.
